MixMedia Privacy Policy

This policy explains how MixMedia handles information when you use its real estate media services, client portal, property websites, and related customer support, including services provided through the Ogle platform.
Information we collect
We collect information you provide when you create or manage an account, place an order, schedule an appointment, contact us, or submit a property inquiry. This may include your name, business and contact details, email address, phone number, property address and listing details, order information, uploaded media, scheduling instructions, messages, notification preferences, and consent choices.
Our systems also process information needed to operate the service, such as login sessions, access requests, device and browser information, security records, and payment status or transaction references. Payment providers process payment details through their own payment systems.
How we use information
We use information to manage accounts and orders, arrange photography and other media services, deliver media and property websites, process payments, provide customer support, communicate about services, maintain security, prevent misuse, and operate and improve our services.
Information you choose to publish on a property website, such as property media, listing details, and listing-agent contact information, is available to visitors to that website. Please provide only information you have permission to use and publish.
Service providers and disclosures
We use service providers to operate the platform and deliver requested services, including hosting and storage, payment processing, email delivery, and integrations you choose to connect. Order and property information may be made available to the team members and media professionals who need it to fulfill your order. We may disclose information where required by law or necessary to protect our services, rights, or users. The following restrictions apply to mobile information and text messaging consent regardless of the other categories described in this policy.
Mobile information and SMS consent
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
SMS opt-in is optional and is separate from email and other notification settings. When you opt in, MixMedia may send text messages for appointment scheduling and customer support to the number you provide. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. You can also withdraw your profile opt-in in Agent Profile → Notifications. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
We record your SMS choice, the phone number associated with that choice, the consent wording, and the time of the change. Changing your mobile number requires a new opt-in. For assistance, contact support@getmixmedia.com.
Cookies and website analytics
Login and account features use browser storage and session information to work. Public property websites may record aggregate page views and offer optional Google Analytics. Read the website analytics privacy notice for the information measured, regional defaults, and your browser privacy choices. Your SMS consent does not grant consent to analytics.
Retention and security
We retain information as needed to provide services, maintain business and consent records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. We use access controls and technical measures to protect information. No method of online transmission or storage is completely secure.
Your choices and requests
You can review or update your contact information and notification preferences in your profile. To request access, correction, or deletion of personal information, or to ask about privacy, contact support@getmixmedia.com. We may need to verify your identity before responding. Some information may need to be retained for legal, security, or transaction-record purposes.
Other services and policy updates
External websites, payment services, and connected integrations have their own privacy policies. This policy may be updated when our services or practices change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
