Website analytics privacy

Ogle counts public property-page openings and offers optional Google Analytics for audience and media detail.

Anonymous daily views

Ogle stores daily totals for each property. Repeat page openings count as additional views; they are not unique visitor counts. These counters do not use browser cookies, local storage or a persistent visitor identifier. The analytics store does not retain IP addresses, referring URLs or device details. A random page key prevents duplicate counts when a request is retried and is removed after about a day. Transient network-based rate limits help prevent abuse. Signed-in staff, private previews, known automated browsers and browser Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signals are excluded. Requests blocked by a browser or network cannot be measured.

Regional Google measurement

On public property sites, Ogle uses a country-only database locally to choose its Google Analytics default. For recognized United States visitors, non-advertising Google measurement can start automatically unless you have declined or your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control. Other countries and unknown locations keep Google measurement off until you allow it. This country setting is an operational default, not a guarantee about your location or applicable law.

The region check does not send your network address to a geolocation service, store it in the analytics database, or create a visitor profile. Country information can be approximate, including when you use a VPN. If the country database is missing or too old, Google measurement requires consent. Country data: IP Geolocation by DB-IP, licensed under CC BY 4.0. Ogle converts this data to a country-only lookup index and refreshes it monthly.

Your choice

Where consent is required, Google Analytics is loaded only after you choose “Allow analytics.” For automatically enabled property-site measurement, use “Privacy & analytics” to turn it off. An automatic regional default is not saved as an affirmative consent choice. The Ogle marketing website continues to require opt-in everywhere. You can decline and continue using the website. To change your choice, use “Privacy & analytics” on a public page. Withdrawing consent stops Google Analytics collection and attempts to remove its Google Analytics cookies. It does not erase data already processed by Google.

The Google choice does not change anonymous Ogle view totals. To opt out of both, enable Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control in your browser.

Optional Google measurement

When allowed, analytics records page visits, photo and floor-plan openings, supported video playback and agent contact clicks. Events can include the property's internal identifier, the branded or unbranded presentation, the media identifier, event time, the referring website, browser and device information. Google may derive an approximate location from network information. This site does not request your precise device location for analytics.

Inquiry text, names, email addresses, phone numbers, private preview links and download access tokens are not included in these analytics events. A contact click indicates use of a contact control; it does not establish that a message or call was completed.

How information is used

Analytics is intended to support aggregate property activity reports for the media provider, listing agent and, when shared by the agent, the seller. Visitor counts are estimates and do not identify individual buyers. Reports and scheduled seller emails are separate features; allowing analytics does not subscribe you to email.

Google processes the analytics data under its service terms and configured retention settings. Optional advertising personalization and Google Signals are not enabled by this integration. Your analytics choice is stored in this browser. Browser privacy settings, blocked scripts and declined consent can make reports incomplete.
